I recently had my house for rent/lease through this Coldwell Banker office. I found my agent and the branch manager to be some of the worst people I hae dealt with in Real Estate. This was my forth property to be sold / bought and 3rd property I looked to Coldwell Banker to facilitate. Instead I found this office to not act in the seller's interest at all and hinderd the entire process.
