well first of all i paid for 2 day shipping . its been a week in opa locka. these people obviously dont know how to organize or keep a steady pace at work. ive been calling from 830-10am . no one is answering the phones. . .. . . staff there obviously doesnt care about anything except there pay checks. im fed up and dissapointed . will never use this location ever again

Well I officially hate the post office. They have now lost 2 of my packages by delivering them to the wrong address... they have tried to now contact that other person twice. Next step is legal battle because I want MY items. I also feel the post people who made the accident should be written up and punished for a beyond stupid mistake! Not to mention the rude post office people! It’s ridiculous! The only nice person there is a supervisor named Rita, but I’m still livid that I’ve lost my packages to another person due to a sloppy job by the mail people. Everything was correct! They just can’t read addresses correctly I guess.

I've aleays had good service over the 20+ years I've goon here. They are frequently busy and that means not fast. Your going to wait a few minutes, but truly it's not much different from othet businesses in the area.

Absolutely horrible. The RUDEST people work here... it must be a requirement. The frigid lady who attempted to help me which meant basically do nothing, told me they can't print my shipping label that was on my phone.. but so crazy, I went to a different usps where the lady's were so pleasant.... shocker guess what ?! THEY PRINTED IT !!! I mean, if you don't want to deal with people you should maybe get a new job. Since when does USPS not print USPS labels ??

On 5/10/2017 my husband was not feeling good and had to mail few cards. I am not sure if it was a typo or a deliberate fraud, instead of charging 10.39 the lady had charged 110.39 on his credit card. When my husband confronted post office they showed his signature on receipt. I'm sure they have cameras there and they can catch it. Offer ID KR2870377 reference number 9865. For a customer service post office should return our money.
