I have a leak in a wall. Moody sent two gentleman over to fix the leak.
One guy takes a look at the leak and said his tools would not fit in the whole, did not try to open whole wider. he said the cabinet must come out and he does not do that. Thank you that will be $85.00 I am open to suggestions. I think he could have cut the whole larger, but did not want go through the trouble.
The plumber came out to assess my toilet damage. He told me how much it would cost to repair/replace, I chose to replace. I asked the plumber if he was sure because a previous plumber from a different company brought the wrong toilet even after he came to assess.
Saturday Sept. 9th, one day before Hurricane Irma the owner of Moody Plumbing hovered over his Pre-paid gas pump protecting it from other needy citizens as the owner of Sunoco Gas station on Wiles Rd. only opened the REC90 pump and charged over $4.00 per gallon CASH. Hindering the safety of the community during an evacuation order. Elitest bully! SHAME!!! SHAME!!!
He assured me it was fine. Lo and behold when he came back with the toilet it was the wrong one, and he had an attitude when I reminded him about our conversation. The only thing he could offer was "I didn't realize".
These guys are amazing. After having another plumbing company that my home owners insurance insisted I go with, and having them destroy my house I contacted Moody, they came highly recommended by the the GC I worked with in the past, they're quick, clean, don't mess around having you fix things that aren't broken, they diagnosed the problem and it was alot less than I was expecting. They re also really fair when it comes to cost, these are good, honest guys.
He also looked at my water heater. He was only able to give me a price two days later after much prying and repeatedly asking. He told me $775. I asked him to break it down, how much is labor, how much is the equipment, what brand of water heater? was it a 14KW? He wasn't able to answer those questions so I had to call the office. I spoke with RANDY, she was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her for details of the $775, she said "well if you know why are you asking me??" These people acted like I wasn't a paying customer. I explained to her I only know of a price, I didn't know how it was broken down. Don't I reserve the right as a home owner employing your service to ask you about this? Long story short, I will never do business with them again, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone I know.
My hot water heater was leaking and I needed a new one asap, they were able to send out a team to replace the unit the same day. The guys they sent out were very friendly and did all of the work perfectly.
I would recommend them over & over, and wouldn't think twice about who to call if I need a plumber anytime on the future.
