Terrible! Do Not Use! Things were broken and scratched! They moved as slow as possible. I was charged for more services than I actually used and it took a week to get a refund. You have to pay before they take any of your things off the truck. Never ever ever again
DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!! This past week they tried to rob my girlfriend of $500. They took 4.5 hours to move 5 pieces of furniture, broke one of her vases, and made her pay $500 or they wouldn't unload her stuff (I wasn't there). My girlfriend contacted their corporate and local offices every day this week, and didn't receive a single response, until she spoke with a live person. They are a corrupt company, and their president in West Palm was just fired a couple days ago (look it up). The movers intentionally took their time moving in order to make it take longer, and then asked to take a creepy picture with my gf when they were finished. I am writing this review to warn everyone.
Initially was great, pick up went ok. When it came to delivery, forget about it. They have a policy of calling 24-48 hours before pick and drop off but this don't use it. calling at 5pm and saying we'll be there at 8am tomorrow is not quite 24 hours. One moment they tell you tomorrow or Thursday the next maybe Thursday or Friday.
