I don't know if the reviews here are accurate. The owner is great and cares about you being satisfied, but the cleaning was terrible. The cleaners don't know how to properly clean. I hired them for a deep clean for an empty (already previously cleaned) rental unit to prepare for new tenant and it was unbelievable the amount of stuff they missed. The appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove) were not wiped, they had finger prints and smudge marks everywhere. The entire kitchen and floor was not wiped thoroughly. The way they clean is to use a slightly damp rag and spray one spot at a time and wipe one spot at a time. The area as a whole is not wiped down with cleaning solution. It's gross, actually. At one point, I had to get on my hands and knees and show them how to clean, otherwise they'd leave spots all over the floor. I had to spend an hour just pointing out what they missed and where to clean. They should know how to wipe down appliances and floors without me pointing out each spot. It was unbearable. Waste of time and money.
All one stars on Yelp, I wish I would have checked Yelp first. Luckily I only needed a cleaning on a property that was pretty clean to begin with.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS CLEANING COMPANY AGAIN!!! A WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!!! NOT SURE WHAT DEEP CLEANING MEANS TO THEM BUT THIS ISN'T IT. :-(
As I was saying goodbye, scheduled them indefinitely for a twice a month visit.

I have been using L & L since July 2017 --they have been great..Since the hurricane, they have been in my home helping me with post-hurricane clean-up..The owner (Mario) is very helpful and communicates with me as the customer to meet my cleaning needs...I highly recommend working with this vendor

The owner was very nice and said he'd send another crew until we were satisfied, but I wouldn't waste my time or money on them again. There were two cleaners. The man tried to fix everything I pointed out, but the female sat outside pouting and refusing to help even though I hired them for 4 hours and they were sitting outside waiting for me to pay them after 2.75 hours.
Mario is awesome and always accommodating. The girls are awesome! My house looks brand new every time they come. Highly recommend them!
This cleaning service was mediocre! I paid for the deep cleaning service but will still have to go back and clean myself. One of my bathroom floors were still dirty, hard water stains still all over the shower door, dusty, dresser, one room hadn't been dusted at all, baseboards still dirty. I asked the ladies to re-mop a certain area of floor but with bleach because they originally told me the stains couldn't come up. They completely skipped the window sills in the den. There was a rug (5x7) already rolled up in the den so that they could access all of the floor... they swept and mopped around it only. None of the furniture was moved and my house looks like I just move in, not a lot of clutter at all.
One of the ladies spoke no English (which is fine) but when I showed her areas that she missed, her tone changed as she spoke back in her language.
Initial phone call was informative and professional, never pushy. Scheduling the service was quick and easy. The girls who came to our home were not only professional and friendly but eager to do a great job. An offer was made to correct anything not to my liking, as they moved room to room.
