My surgery started right on time. Nurses and anesthesiologist were very kind and caring. I felt no pain. Only issue I had was when I got home, I have bruises on my arm. I still rated as a 4 star because I am a heavy set person and I am understanding of the fact that they do have to move me from operating table to the hospital bed. Over all experience is good and would go back if I have future procedures.
I know everyone has a different experience but I can't imagine why so many negative reviews for this amazing hospital. Every time we have gone to this hospital, my family has always had the best experience. Every department has staff that are so nice, friendly and accommodating. They always explain what is going on and if they don't know they will get answers in a timely manner. My Dad requests to go to Broward Health Coral Springs everytime. He won't go anywhere else.
This is hospital is so amazing. The staff is all very friendly and organized. The facility is beautifully updated. If I need emergency care, I drive an extra 20 minutes to come here. Thank you to the exceptional ER staff!!
Had an outpatient procedure yesterday.
Went to visit a friend in the medical center. Helpful and attentive staff. They are under going a major expansion so visitor parking is in front but you have to walk around the fencing to get to the main entrance.
I've been here a couple of times...unfortunately...One time during the evening, one time during the day, and even on the weekend. The hospital staff attended to me so quickly. Everything from the check in to the discharging was a smooth experience. The staff was so kind, caring, and attentive. The Doctors were gentle and full of knowledge in their explanations. I was a little hesitant about this hospital due to the Google ratings and reviews, but I have had nothing but a Positive experiences with this hospital. Please hospital and staff keep up the good work as I anticipate to deliver a beautiful and healthy baby there in the near future!
Oh, by the way, I DID NOT like the registration lady Maria. Attitude and was acting like she was too good for that job.
