I hired somebody local thinking that I would get better service. I even paid 2000 dollars more for a feature to turn the heater on and off from the web. That feature has caused me problems since I paid for it. When calling the company, they have just referred me to the other companies to call. I have had this pool heater for 2 years and it has caused me problems the whole time. My quiet feature is now loud and I can't even turn my pool heater on. I feel like I got ripped off and would never go with this company again.
I would highly recommend South Florida Pool Heating for any pool heating repair or installation. I found Dennis and Debbie in the office to be very professional, taking time to answer every questions and explain every option. After Jody had come out to analyze our situation Dennis recommended the system he felt would be the best choice for our pool and spa. The job was scheduled a few days later, the installers arrived at the exact time we expected them, and actually completed the job in less time than estimated. Jody was fabulous with his follow-up and Dennis did not collect the balance until he knew we were satisfied with the final result.
