Then they sent us a check for approximately $13,000.00. They kept over $1,500. This was not a budget funeral. The total at Coral Springs was well over $14,000. They have run us around since last October 2016.
William Savino is everything you could ever wish for in a funeral director; I can not speak highly enough about my experience with the Coral Springs Funeral Home. I had previously never planned a funeral, and since my family and I were from out of town, we were worried about the logistics and everything else involved with planning this incredibly stressful event. William seamlessly guided us through the process, but most importantly he made us feel like we were a member of the family, rather than a business just trying to profit off of our situation. His communication was on point, every question was knowledgeably answered, and for each of our requests William followed through by doing exactly what he said he would do. If you are in the unfortunate situation of having to plan a funeral, I highly recommend choosing the Coral Spring Funeral Home.
Every time we call we get a run around. IE Karen isn't available or you made the deal with Karen and she needs to fix it (but they won't tell us where she is working). This is nothing short of a scam entrerprise that should lose their licensing and we will work tirelessly to make that happen
Our experience could not be worse. Mr. Savino is no longer there. The people there pretended he was. As soon as we walked out from a meeting with Karen we realized we'd been ripped off. We drove 2 miles to another home owned by Savino we saw a 20% price drop. Without negotiating. Meanwhile Coral Springs Funeral home would not cancel the credit card charge even though it had been processed less than an hour prior.
William Savino took such wonderful care of our family. It was a beautiful service and we are extremely grateful that he made this difficult time easier on everyone. Thank you again, so much.

They agreed to a meeting with us and Mr. Savino. The meeting was scheduled for 10 am Monday, March 27th, 2017. We received a call late the afternoon of Friday, March 24th, 2017 cancelling the meeting due to "PRIOR COMMITMENTS". They said they would call back and reschedule. That also never happened.
