Store looks almost empty...Some of the racks are bare as if no one keeps them filled. While i was in line, a customer ask for a manager and it took awhile for the manager to arrive. Over all I can see why this location doesn't look very busy, because of poor management of this store.
This store has some cute stuff! I wasn't to fond of it in the past but I grew an appreciation of it over the years! It is huge and has some GREAT sales! The staff is super nice too!

I usually love Kohls, but the sales associates obviously need some retraining on how to talk/deal with customers appropriately. One of my bestfriends passed away last month, and her parents have had to take on the role from grandparents to second parents for her 3year old daughter. Her Husband works until late evenings and is now the soul provider due to the passing of his wife. Yesterday Grandma and the 3yr old went to Kohls because the little girl needed new shoes. A associate was helping them, and asked for him to measure the little girls foot, because she needed to know what size she is now. The sales associate said: "Shouldn't her mother be doing this." to the grandmother while the 3 year old was right there (she just lost her mommy, and is at an age where it is hard to grasp what has happened to her mommy.) Obviously the sales associate did not know the situation, and she said to him "yes she should be doing this, but she died last month." The sales associate could've avoided hurting this grieving families feelings by just doing his job, and not questioning why a grandparent is taking their grandchild to kohls for shoes instead of the child's parent.
Don't tell my husband but I am a Kohl's most valued customer. I generally only shop here when I have the 30% off coupon, which surprisingly is pretty often. Tonight I was running through on my way to other stops in the mall. I passed a basket of clearance socks and found a perfect, warm pair for my daughters trip to Europe. With my 30% off coupon they were $4! If you hit their clearance with a coupon the clothes are so inexpensive, If you have Kohl's cash to add on top of that it's like they are giving the clothes away. Look for the red star clearance to maximize your savings. Their return policy is a super generous 30 days. If you have the valued member card I think it goes up to 90 days. Another benefit of the card is that if you do want to return something they can just look up your account, you don't need the receipt which is great because I always lose mine. Also if the line is terribly long, which I find rarely, hit the jewelry counter for a quick checkout. Their hours are super convenient too, they are open after the mall closes. I am coming back this weekend with my coupon when I have more time.
