Went on a Monday afternoon, I had everything completed before I got there, and I was in and out within 20 minutes which included passport photos. Liria made everything quick and painless, and she has the best personality!
I love this place! For every minute spent waiting in line, they waive $1 from the processing fee. By the time I made it to the counter they ended up owing me $150! This place is awesome!!!
Tips:
4. People who forget paper work may stand in the front of the line and hold their place in line.. while someone else gets their paperwork. If you are next.. But that person gets there paper work before your turn.. they become next. I guess.. that's how it works. That happen to me twice.. and had to wait longer but.. not that long.
2. Make sure you speak to the people who are helping people in line to make sure your paper work is done correctly.

Great place to get a passport from. The staff is nice and helpful. They gave clear and simple instructions which made for a smooth transition.
Got in line around 10:05am and the line was already a long line. I find this typical for Saturday morning. We stood line like for 1 hour and 10 mins before we were ask to come up to a desk. It only took less than 10 mins for them to take picture of my daughter, review her paper, and process the fees.
I had a great experience to do my daughter's new passport. Very smooth transaction. They even check my wife's renewal application for accuracy.
3. For passports.. the fee for the passport must be in money order or check form. All other services (processing and pictures) can be done through a Visa or Mastercard).
