Sure, the food is great and all. But let me tell you a story about working there: I was hired on spot by Daniela and given a shirt to start a few days later. There was a woman named Carolina who was supposed to train me. She showed me around, but barely had patience. So I was only set to do the easy things she showed me. Then an older woman came along, commanding me to do things I didn't know about. When I asked her to teach me, she did it with frustration and she ended up doing everything by herself. I stopped working a few days in. They said they were only trying people. It's really a waste of their time. Bottom line is that if you ever receive bad service, now you know why. Would not recommend working here. That Help Wanted sign needs to go.
This place has fantastic food. Great customer service. Eat in or take out. Wait time is long on the weekends to get your food but we'll worth it. They remember you when you come in. The only down fall is sometimes there not enough tables inside to eat.
I've been a customer here for about two years now. There was a time when I would have given five stars, but in the past few months I've noticed a drop in the quality of their work. I've received dry empanadas and soggy pastries. I did bring this up to the owner but was not offered any compensation or apology, and after a few more visits since then I can assert that this hit-and-miss service is now the norm. I gave 3 stars as tribute to the times when a good product IS delivered, but beware as this is not a given.
1st time customer today. Ordered chicken and beef empanadas- Delicious! Abundantly filled with juicy meat, potatoes and pieces of hard boiled eggs. Would definitely recommend.
